Of course! Lemons can be juiced not only with a juicer, but for those who frequently cook or enjoy cold drinks, this is practically a basic kitchen operation.

Juicing Lemons with Different Types of Juicers
1. Dedicated Citrus Juicer
This is the most recommended method. Whether your machine is manually rotated or an electric one that rotates automatically, processing lemons is very easy.
How to do it: Cut the lemon in half horizontally and place it on the pointed head of the juicer.
Benefits: You don't need to bother peeling the thin, sticky lemon peel. The ridges of the machine will extract all the acidic juice from the pulp, while the bitter peel and white pith will be left behind, resulting in a particularly refreshing and flavorful juice.
2. Versatile Masticating Juicer
If you have a slow-speed "grinding" type juicer at home, you can also juice lemons, but never throw them in directly.
Important Note: You must peel the lemon first. Because this type of machine grinds everything that goes in, if you juice it with the peel on, the essential oils and bitterness from the peel will be concentrated in the juice, making it incredibly bitter.
Benefits: After peeling, the juice yield is very high, and the remaining pulp is very dry, so there's no waste.
3. Common Centrifugal Juicer (the high-speed rotating type)
With this type of machine, it's also recommended to peel the lemon before juicing.
Reason: The high-speed rotating blades will finely chop the lemon peel, not only making the taste bitter, but also mixing the waxy substances and impurities from the peel into the juice, resulting in an unpleasant texture.
